A charming dry gin that is both herbal and citrus
This gin is named after a great little racehorse called Live The Dream. She was a tiny Chestnut but very sure-footed and balanced. She came to mind when we were creating a gin that had to balance the sensuous, herbal flavour of rosemary with the pizazz of lemon and orange. One step too far one way…or the other and the balance disappears. Get it just right and you’ve got a winner.
